Parsa leads the mission of RealMedia from the front. He sets the vision for RealMedia, builds and maintains relationships with schools and libraries and is extremely dedicated to making sure every presentation, workshop and infographic that the team at RealMedia ships is of the highest quality. His conviction that media literacy is a civic necessity is what drives the team at RealMedia.

Nikolai is the backbone of RealMedia's daily work. He translates ideas into reality. He is totally committed to all aspects of the work he does for RealMedia. He always adds value to any workshop and is often the last to leave planning meetings ensuring that all details are covered and the project is on track.

Aarav helps design and update RealMedia's website while supporting the team with research to strengthen their initiatives. His work helps ensure that RealMedia's resources are accessible and clear. Aarav believes that the ability to recognize misinformation is essential in our modern-day society, and wants to contribute towards educating individuals on the skills to think critically and identify credible information.
